Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Neda Raymond, PhD (PSY 25527) is a clinical neuropsychologist with over 10 years of experience in performing neuropsychological evaluations with children, adolescents and adults. She is an attending neuropsychologist at the El Camino Hospital Rehabilitation Center. She also worked as an attending neuropsychologist at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare Polytrauma System of Care and the Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center (GRECC).

Her clinical expertise includes work with adults and adolescents and providing a with a wide range of neurological, medical and psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to traumatic brain injury, concussion, neurocognitive rehabilitation, dementia and other neurodegenerative disorders, ADHD, learning disorders and PTSD.

Dr. Raymond is actively engaged in research and the supervision and mentorship of the next generation of neuropsychologists. She serves as the training director of the neuropsychology focus-area, post-doctoral residency program at the VA Palo Alto, a supervisor and preceptor for post-doctoral residents and interns at the VA Palo Alto, and as an adjunct faculty member for doctoral students at Palo Alto University. She is a member of the International Neuropsychological Society and the National Academy of Neuropsychology, where she formerly served as a member of the legislative actions and affairs committee.

Dr. Raymond earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nevada. She completed an APA approved pre-doctoral clinical internship in neuropsychology at the North Texas VA Medical Center, and a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System.

Dr. Raymond enjoys spending her time hiking the beautiful Bay Area trails with her dog, exploring the rich culinary offerings of the area, and spending time with her family and friends.
